Benitoz batted first against Wintex Strikers and were simply bamboozled by Sameer Ahmedani. The Strikers bowler picked up a fifer giving away only 10 runs at a unbelievable economy of just 2.5. Adnan Ghazi kept the pressure on at his end also taking 4 wickets as Benitoz were completely outdone by a fantastic display of bowling. M.Ali's 19 was the top score for the batting side as Benitoz were dismissed for a paltry 85 in 15 overs.
In response, Wintex Strikers were also in a world of trouble after losing their top 4 batsmen cheaply. Hasan Mehmood then stepped in to save his side with a valiant 42 not out to take his side to victory in 15 overs. Adeel Sabuwala also chipped in with 15 runs. Credit must be given to Benitoz who fought back with the belief that they could defend this total. Umer Khan picked up 2 wickets for his side while Madni, Waqas and Hamza took a wicket each.
