Shabab Whites beat the Bohra Cricket Club by five wickets at the Al Nadil Burhani Ground this week, in a spectacular performance.
Bohra Cricket Club put 164 on the scoreboard in 20 overs for the loss of seven wickets. Idrees Cement Wala made 32 from 30 to set the pace then Adnan Ratlamwala made 39 from 23 and Huzaifa Mandvi smashed 48 from 28 to help their team reach a high total. Mohammad Sitamu took two wickets Ali Asghar Rainbow and Mustafa Africawala took one wicket.
Shabab Whites chased the target in 18.3 overs for the loss of five wickets thanks to some power hitting from Muntasir Saifuddin who made 36 from 23, Mustafa Qutbuddin who made 40 from 32, Huzaifa Hassan who made 28 from 16 and Mohammad Sitamu who made 20 from 8. Abbas Khuzaima took two wickets while Naeem Tayyab took one, Hussain Mustafa took one and Ali Asghar Ladkawala took one.
