Idea Cricket Club beat Aban Associates by 17 runs at the Young Fighter Ground this past week.
Ideal CC batted first and opener Sohail made 51 from 32 before being run out. Fareed Arbab and Kashif Jadoon made 25 from 33 and 25 from 24 respectively. Imran Sultan, Hamza Qadir, Rehan Tanoli, Ali Naveed and M Shahzad took one wicket.
Aban Associates struggled in their chase, losing wickets consistently with only Faiz Ahmed's 28 fighting back. Tauqeer Rafiq Bajwa was the key wicket taker with an impressive 4 wickets while Fareed Arbab took 3 and Nehal Rasheed, Asad Akhtar and Zarak Khan picked up a wicket each.
