Khas Vs Steel 11
Khas batted first against the Steel 11 and the opening pair was given a tough time by the opposition as both went down after scoring 5 runs in total. Hassan Sohail came in at number 3 and took charge by scoring 20 runs, followed by Yasir Tanvir’s brilliant knock of 50 runs. Junaid was also in top form and scored 35 runs, but sadly lost his wicket to Zohaib Sikander. Zohaib Sikander and Tahir Farooq, along with the other bowlers were doing a pretty good job on containing the opposition and picked up 2 wickets each. Farhan Iftikhar was the last batsman to have scored in the double figures with his knock of 45 runs. By the end of 20 overs, Khas reached a total of 183 runs.
Steel 11 were off to a relatively good start compared to Khas. They did lose their opener for a single run, which was an unfortunate one but Shoaib Nisar did what was required and scored 51 runs for his team. Hamza Jameel came in at number three and scored 38 runs while hitting 2 huge sixes. Faisal kept the score running and scored 16 runs. Batsmen from the middle batting order kept on adding runs but we saw major add on by Rizwan and Nadeem who scored and 30 and 20 runs respectively. They chased the target in 18.2 overs and won the match.
Steel 11 won by 1 wicket.
