Unfit Legends went up against Super Daddy CC at Moin Khan Cricket ground this past week. Batting first, Legends lost opener Obaid Ilyas for duck but Jamil Akbar was in prime form. He smashed an impressive 76 off 53 which included 8 boundaries and 3 sixes. Hassan Naqvi then joined with a blistering 54 and Ali Sohail chipped in with 27 to propel Unfit Legends to an impressive 189 for 6 in 20 overs. For Super Daddies, Shahram Rasool starred in his spell picking up 3 wickets while Naeem Siddiqui also took 2 wickets.
In response Super Daddy came out with guns blazing. Naeem Siddiqui stepped in with a fiery 28 but it was Rehan Shaikh who once again came through for his side. His 67 came at a mammoth strike rate of over 200 and included 5 sixes. With the foundation set, there was little work that the subsequent batsmen needed to do. Eventually Adeel Mansha and Shahzad Jumani's cameos of 22 and 30 guided their side to victory. For Unfit Legends, Shams Arfeen took 2 wickets while Raza Zaidi and Mohammad Salman picked up a wicket each. Super Daddy CC chased down the target in 18.4 overs.
