Super Daddy Cricket Club defeat Renegades by 29 runs

Super Daddy Cricket club batted first & were off to a good start as their openers gave them a flying start scoring 50 runs in the powerplay. After the openers were dismissed the top order & the middle order struggled to score runs. Bowlers picked up wickets at regular intervals & the batting lineup collapsed. Shahzad Jumani kept the score board ticking in the lower order as he played a fiery knock of 43 runs. Dr Ali, Nihal & Mudassir Farooq picked up a couple of wickets each keeping the batting side in check. Super Daddy Cricket Club managed to score 149 runs for the fall of 8 wickets in their 20 overs.

Renegades started their innings with a pretty shaky start as they lost both their openers early. The top order batsmen then contributed a bit but were unable to stay on the crease for a long time. The bowlers kept on picking up wickets not allowing the batsmen to settle in. The batting lineup collapsed & the target seemed to get out of reach ball by ball. Zohaib was the lone warrior as he played a fighting knock of 54 runs & stood there watching wickets fall from the other end. Adnan Amjad ripped through the batting lineup as he picked up 4 wickets giving away only 18 runs in his bowling spell. Renegades were bowled out for 120 runs in 17.3 overs.
