Ham XI v Vital Group
Vital Group batted first but struggled to keep their wickets intact and the scoreboard ticking. After the opening pair were dismissed for twin innings of 12, Sadat Ali and Masroor Ahmed stepped in to try and steer the momentum in their favor. They contributed 31 and 28 respectively before they were out. Subsequently wickets fell cheaply in quick succession before Hamza Ahmed's late surge of 25 runs propelled Vital Group to 151 in 20 overs. Ham XI bowlers did well to limit the opposition, picking wickets when needed. Inam, Moiz, Muhammad Tahir and Muhammad Usman picked up 2 wickets each to bamboozle the opposition.
In response Ham XI were off to a disastrous start losing Hammad for duck. The team looked weary before Talha stepped in to save his side. His blistering knock of 59 included 7 boundaries to set his team oncourse for a victory. The team kept losing wickets in regular intervals with Obaid Rabnawaz and Imran Ali picking up 2 wickets each. Eventually however, cameos by Inam and Junaid of 20 and 13 runs respectively pushed Ham XI over the line.
Ham XI won by 3 wickets.
