GBSS No. 01 Saudabad Korangi came in to bat first & were off to a disastrous start loosing 4 wickets inside the powerplay. The bowlers never allowed the batsmen to make their way in the game as the bowlers were dominant through out the innings picking up wickets at quick successions not allowing the batsmen to settle in. The batting lineup struggled to bat through out the innings & it completely collapsed. Muhammad Arsalan was the only notable batsman who managed to score 27 off 15. Hamza Khan lead the bowling attack picking up 3 wickets. He found good support from Saif Sarfaraz & Zayyan Khan who managed to pickup a couple of wickets each. GBSS No. 01 Saudabad Korangi were bowled out for 83 runs in 19.3 overs.
The City School Network Korangi District came in to chase this target & were off to a flying start. Their openers Mathew Rizwan & Hamza Quraishi put up a solid partnership giving their team the perfect start. Hamza Quraishi departed after scoring 17 off 17. Alwaz Ahmed came in & he contributed with his 19 off 15. Mathew Rizwan remained unbeaten as he scored 34 runs off 34 deliveries ensuring his side the victory. Areeb Asif managed to pickup a couple of wickets but it was too big of a task for him.
