Titans CC and Karachi Gladiators faced each other at New Navy Karsaz ground. Titans batted first and Omair Ahmed with 35, Usman with 14, Azfar with 29 and Ieman ul Haq with 23 got them off to a decent start in the top order. Fahad Shah with 46 off 31 at a strike rate of 148% stood out as he upped the ante and Titans ended at 201 for 7 in 20 overs. For Gladiators, Sami took 3 wickets while Fayyaz, Abdullah, Tariq and Zohaib got a wicket each.
In reply, Gladiators fought well and had an opening partnership of 107 runs as Mohsin scored 45 runs and even after his departure Sami Afridi continued to play his shots till he was eventually out after having scored 63 runs. The subsequent batsmen were however disappointing and only Jehangir khan got 24 runs while none of the other batsmen could reach double figures and Gladiators were eventually all out after a good fight for 170 runs. For Titans, Azfar took 4 wickets while Fahad got 3 wickets, Ahad got 2 wickets and Ieman ul Haq picked up a wicket.
Titans CC won by 31 runs.
