TN Suleman Strikers went against Karachi Stallions on 31st August and emerged winners.
Haseeb Ur Rehman and Abdul Rehman Shakeel opened the innings for Strikers. While Haseeb got out on a duck, Shakeel scored 30 runs. None of the batsmen were able to pass the milestone of 30 runs set by Shakeel. As a result, Strikers posted a total of 114 runs only. Daniyal Gigi was successful in bagging 3 wickets.
Stallions started the second innings to chase the target. However, much to their dismay they displayed a poor batting effort. Four of their batsmen got out on a duck, while Younus Tai and Taha Karsaz’s score of 13 remained the highest. The bowlers dominated and dismissed 8 batsmen, with Waqas Idrees bagging 3.
As a result, Stallions were all out in the 17th over, scoring 81 runs only.
