A crucial encounter of the Memon Premier League took place between TNN Titans and Wintex Strikers at RLCA Gulberg Cricket ground. Wintex won the toss and decided to bowl first . Titans were off to a fast paced start as Shakir Serang hit 49 runs off 23 balls at a strike rate of 218%. Sabih Merchant with 29 and Bilal Umer with 37 helped further the cause as Saad with 29 and Owais Pasta with 18 ensured the team ended at 169 for 5 in 20 overs. For Wintex, Danish Aziz and Waqar Idrees took 2 wickets each and Sameer Ahmedani got a wicket.
In reply, Strikers lost in form Rameez Mehboob after he had scored 13 runs and Adnan Salim soon followed after scoring 17 runs. Samad Ghani with 26, Danish Aziz with 37 and Sumail Aziz with 30 runs fought back but in the end Wintex could only manage 148 for 7 in the designated 20 overs. For Titans, Hunain and A Samad took 2 wickets each while Owais, Bilal and Yusuf got a wicket each.
TNN Titans won by 21 runs.
