Rebels CC batted first and were off to a good start as their openers build a good opening partnership and set the tone nicely. Aqeel played a supportive role and scored 17 off 16 balls whereas Burhaan scored 47 off 37 balls and was the aggressor during the partnership. After the dismissal of the openers, Vanthali Memon came back strongly in the game and dismissed the middle order cheaply. Salman picked up 2 wickets for just 18 and Rehan also picked up 2 wickets for 22. The innings was going nowhere after a bright start, Raza and Ghazanfar then provided a much-needed partnership and scored 13 and 26 respectively to take the score to a modest 133.
The target was not the big one and Vanthali Memon started well. Even though, Vanthali lost Daniyal early but Vanthali batsmen never looked back and build the momentum with some great partnerships. Umair played a great little innings at the top and scored quick 23 off just 12 balls. After him, Muzamil and Shezad propelled the score forward and scored a brilliant partnership which completely shut the doors for Rebels CC. Muzammil scored 46 off just 33 balls whereas his partner Shezad Suleman scored 44 off 36. This partnership put Vanthali Memon at the top and in the end, they won comfortably by 7 wickets just in 18 overs.
