I.S Traders were batting first. The batsmen never seemed to find their way from the word go. The batsmen struggled to stay on the crease & score runs as the bowlers completely dominated the batsmen. Shehzad Panjwani was the only batsman who was able to show resistance & take the attack to the bowlers, his valiant innings of 43 runs got I.S Traders to a respectable total. I.S Traders were unable to play their 20 overs as they were bowled out on 120 runs in 19.1 overs. Mohsin Gazani was the pick of the bowlers as he picked up 3 wickets & found good support in Salman Asif & Ammar Riaz Jafrani who picked up a couple of wickets each.
Waris & Nadeem came in to chase the target. Their Batsmen gave them a solid start setting the base for the rest of the chase. Once Aqib Mamdani got out after scoring 22 runs the batting order collapsed. Batsman were struggling to stay on the crease as the bowlers constantly picked up wickets at regular intervals. Ammar Riaz Jafrani was the lone warrior & as the bowlers were unable to break through his defenses. He played a sublime knock of 41 runs staying there till the end ensuring he gets his team over the line. Shaukat Ali Barai picked up 3 wickets with an economical bowling spell of just 17 runs in his 4 overs but they were not enough to get his team over the line.
