Warriors CC batted first and they had good outing with the bat as their entire top order were on fire and they played some extra ordinary shots during their innings. It all started with the opening partnership between Sumair and Adeel, the two built a solid platform as they scored 47 and 26 respectively and at a quick time, both openers were dismissed by Kamran but not before they did some damage. After the opening partnership, the middle order propelled the score forward with Salman Moten leading the way, he scored a very well compiled 66 off 37 balls with 6 mighty sixes, he was supported by Hamad Idrees who scored 39 off 28 balls with 2 sixes and a four. It was a colorful batting display which lead them to a very solid 198 in their 20 overs.
In reply, some magic was required from Zamzam Sports top order and they did start well on the back of Tahami. Tahami was in unbelievable form and he was hitting the ball sweetly as he scored 68 off just 42 balls with 2 sixes and 6 fours. He did not get much support from his opening partner but Kamran gave him good company and he went a step further as he struck 75 off just 50 balls with 6 humongous sixes and a four. The top order contribution gave some hope to Zamzam Sports and they needed a big finish to get over the line but unfortunately for them it was not the case as the bowlers came back strongly and picked up quick wickets to restrict them to just 178.
In the end, Zamzam Sports lost by 20 runs.
