Relative Power batted first and were off to a shaky start as they lost an early wicket in Arshad Ashraf but the next pair did not hold back and played aggressively and smashed the bowlers around. Faraz Ismail scored 22 off just 17 balls with 4 fours whereas Sohaib Ejaz scored 24 off 9 with 3 fours and 2 sixes. The innings after them took a nose dive and rest of the batsmen could not bat well. The bowlers did a great job with Rasheed and Faraz picking up 3 wickets each whereas Shah Hussain and Usman picked up 2 each. The innings was going nowhere but Yousuf Ismail scored a crucial 37 down the order to give his side some respite and in the end, they managed to just score a very modest 108.
In response, Hill Park also lost an early wicket but after that Rafiq and Waleed Khan developed a partnership which rescued their side. Rafiq made 26 off 26 whereas Waleed scored 19 off 10 both batsmen smashed 4 boundaries each. After their dismissal, Relative Power made some inroads on the back of super bowling spell from Kashif who picked up 3 wickets for just 7 runs. This spell gave bowling side some chance but they were defending a very low target and one good inning took the game away from them and that innings was played by Zaheer who smashed 25 off 15 and it helped his side get over the line in 16 overs.
