Benitoz Panthers v OGS
Benitoz Panthers batted first and were off to a rocky start losing both openers Tabish and Madni early on in the innings. Umair Ahmed and Asad Butt however took over the reigns to stabilize the innings with a twin half centuries to pull their team back in the game. OGS Iqbal Butt fought back picking up 2 wickets for his side but it wasn't enough to stop the flow of runs. With a strong foundation set there was little for the remaining batsmen to contribute. Benitoz Panthers set a target of 160 in 20 overs.
OGS were completely ripped apart by a glorious display of bowling by Israr ul Haq. He took 7 wickets in his spell of 4 overs at a brutal economy rate of 3.75. OGS batsmen had no room to score and were unable to keep their wickets intact and the scoreboard ticking. Adnan Siddiqui and Shahid Ali were the only two batsmen to show some resistance, scoring 25 and 26 runs respectively. OGS were limited to 96 runs in 20 overs.
Benitoz Panthers won by 64 runs
