Tanishq Gold CC batted first and were off to a poor start as they lost both their openers without much on the board but then things changed dramatically for them once Haider Ali was joined by Mirza Shoaib in the middle. Both were in flawless touch and there hardly any lose shots played by the duo. The bowlers were clueless against them and they had no answers. Mirza Shoaib scored 47 off 30 balls with 4 fours and 1 six whereas Haider Ali Bangash scored 73 off 62 balls with 7 fours and 2 sixes. After their dismissal, Abdul Ghani played a quick blitz of 17 from just 10 balls with 1 four and 1 six to end the innings on a high for Tanishq Gold CC as they finished on 174. Hamza Vanthali was the pick of the bowler for Vanthali Memon Association with his 3 wickets for just 18 runs.
In reply, Vanthali Memon Association stumbled under the pressure of chasing a big score as they lost quick wickets at the top order. Uzair and Farrukh tried to rescue the sinking ship with their partnership. Farrukh scored 27 off 19 whereas Uzair scored 55 off 52 balls with 7 fours and 2 sixes. Even though, they batted well but this effort was not enough for Vanthali Memon Association as other batsmen could not respond to the pressure well. The bowling was top quality from Tanishq bowlers as they restricted the batsmen from playing big shots. Naimat Khan was the chief destroyer with 3 scalps whereas Shehzad Meher picked up 2. Others also contributed and bowled economically as well. And in the end, target of 175 proved too much for Vanthali Memon Association as they just scored 123 in their 20 overs.
