National Refinery v Pak Suzuki

National Refinery batted first and struggled in their innings. The team lost opener Khursheed and things did not get any easier from there. Azam and Abdullah held the innings for their side knocking 49 and 31 runs respectively while the rest of the squad simply imploded. Pak Suzuki bowler Fahad Ahmed lead the attack with an impressive spell of 3 wickets. Atif and Arif did further damage, picking up 2 wickets each to rattle the opposition. National Refinery were limited to 137 runs in 20 overs.

Pak Suzuki were off to a solid start in their chase with both openers Waseem and Faaz scoring 14 and 31 runs respectively. After the duo were dismissed however the rest of the team fell apart with 7 of their batsmen being out in single digits including 2 ducks. Rafay, Sarfaraz and Ahsan were brutal against the opposition, picking up wickets at key times to stop the flow of runs. They took 2 wickets each. Pak Suzuki were eventually bowled out for 105 runs in 17.3 overs.
