Karachi Shaheens batted first and even after losing Saad for just 6, they recovered well on the backs of Hamza Altaf and Syed Shayan Ali. They both brought some stability back after the early loss and added some crucial runs in the middle stage. Syed Shayan Ali played a supportive role and scored 15 off 17 balls whereas Hamza Altaf was more expressive as he scored 56 off just 31 balls with 5 sixes and 3 fours. After they were sent back to the pavilion, Muhammad Muavia propelled the score forward, he scored 36 off 29 balls and remained not out. Nazeer Hussain Gymkhana came back strongly in the game as they did not allow Karachi Shaheen to have a big end. Arsalan Salim and Hussain Abbas picked up 2 wickets each. In the end, Karachi Shaheens scored 138 in their 20 overs.

Hassan Qazi was in sublime touch, he was the man on a mission. He smashed the bowlers all around the park and scored a brilliant 86 off 30 balls at an unbelievable strike rate of 286 with 5 sixes and 10 fours. It was a big effort and wads fully supported by Hussain Abbas who scored 37 off 25 balls with 4 fours. In the end, Nazeer Hussain Gymkhana chased down the target only in 10.3 overs at the expense of just 2 wickets.
