KBC v Prime HR
KBC batted first and were off to a great start with opener Sarim leading from the front with his knock of 43 runs. The team however lost a few quick wickets cheaply and were reeling at one stage before the wrath of Shah Qureshi hit the opposition. His outstanding innings of 94 runs came off just 39 balls including 13 boundaries and 4 maximums. While none of the other batsmen were able to provide much support, he singlehandedly propelled his team to set a target of 204 in 20 overs. Prime HR's bowlers Nabeel and Umair picked up 2 wickets each while Zangam and Tehseen took 1 wicket each.
In response Prime HR lost opener Sameer early for just 8 runs. Shiraz and Zain stabilized the innings with knocks of 32 and 29 runs respectively. With scoreboard pressure always present, Prime HR required an extraordinary innings to get them over the line. 2 wickets to Umair and 2 key run outs cost the chasing side who were eventually limited to only 97 for 7 in 20 overs.
KBC won by 107 runs.
