Meezan batted first and lost 4 quick wickets but opener Faisal Iqbal was undeterred as he got 85 runs off 60 balls under pressure and he was assisted by Noman who managed 40 runs to ensure that Meezan Bank ended at 153 for 6 in 20 overs. Ideal Sports bowler Usman kept striking with the ball with his 3 wickets while Majid and Zakir picked up a wicket each.
In reply, Ahtisham and Faisal started off proceedings well for Ideal sports as Ahtisham knocked 21 runs and Faisal got 49 runs. Subsequently, a quick 56 runs off just 31 balls by Yasir at a strike rate of 180% in an innings which included 5 boundaries and 4sixes sealed the deal as Ideal Sports raced home with 10 balls to spare and with 6 wickets intact. For Meezan Bank, Adil picked up 2 wickets while Noman and Kashif got a wicket each.
