The Super Daddy Cricket Club came up against the Rashid Latif Cricket Academy during the 3rd Qamar Ramadan Cricket Tournament in a well contested match played at the SKBZ Ground.
RLCA, after opting to bat first, were off to a decent start with opener Asim Jah ( 23 off 24 ) and Asif Siddique ( 26 of 17 ) being the main contributors for their team. Talha Faheem and Hamid Ali also played quick cameos of 22 and 17 respectively to guide their team to a competitive total of 140 all out in 20 overs. For the Super Daddy's, Aurangzeb Bhatti was outstanding with the bowl, taking 3 wickets for 17 runs in his 4 overs. Jasim Talash also took 2 wickets for 25 runs.
The Super Daddy's were off to a fiery start with opener Abdur Rehman scoring a fantastic 43 ball 62 at a strike rate of 144, in an inning that witnessed several deliveries going over the boundary rope. Tanveer Ahmad guided his team across the line with a quick fire 22 runs in just 13 balls. RLCA bowler, Asim Jah was the leading wicket taker with 2 wickets to his name.
Super Daddy CC won the match comfortably by 6 wickets with 4 balls to spare.
