Batting first, CDC were off to a decent start with opener Alam contributing 35 runs in 27 balls, in an innings that included 6 fours. However, the All Greens fought back into the game with Sahib Uz Zama picking up 3 wickets for 27 runs in his 4 overs. Mohsin Waqas also bowled well to take 2 wickets for 21 runs in his quota of 4 overs. Middle order batsman Atif scored a run a ball 20 to guide his team to a decent score of 136 runs.
All Greens began their chase in a blistering manner, with opener Sameer Amin scoring a solid 33 ball half century, in an innings that included 7 boundaries and 2 sixes. Nevertheless, the CDC bowlers came back strong with Keith picking up 3 wickets for 28 runs in his 4 overs.
