Jojis and Friends XI faced each other at Eastern Star cricket ground and Jojis batted first. They got off to a good start with Faizan knocking 32 runs, Gulberg scored 18 runs and Shariq got 21 runs. After that, Friends XI bowlers pulled their act together and restricted the run flow causing wrong shots to be played by the batsmen which costed them their wickets and only Adeel Ahmed was able to manage 16 runs while none of the other batsmen reached double figures and the whole team was bundled out for just 115 runs on the board. For Friends XI, Rehan took 3 wickets, Kamil got 2 wickets while Sultan, Ahmed and Ahsan picked up a wicket each.
In reply, Friends XI had a relatively comfortable chase as their batsmen batted with confidence and Hamza Inayat scored an impressive 51 runs in a stable knock off 62 deliveries while Talha got 20 runs and Zeeshan and Rehan scored 12 not out each to take their team home comfortably for the loss of only 4 wickets in the end. For Jojis, Waqar took 2 wickets and Gulberg and Abdul Rafay got a wicket each.
