Mateen Enterprises batted first against Zenith Associates with opener Bahadur Ali and one down Hamza Qadir taking charge. Bahadur knocked an impressive 86 off 53 balls while Hamza Qadir kept the momentum going with a fiery 74 off 47. Zenith bowlers were unable to break the partnership in time with their bowlers proving ineffective as Mateen Enterprises ended at a very competitive 206 for 3 in 20 overs.
In response, Zenith cracked under pressure with the score proving to be too much for the opposition. With the exception of Kamil Mehmood's 36 and Naimat Khan's 31 lower down the order, none of the other batsmen showed any intent, throwing away their wickets early on. Mateen bowlers did well to strike when required with Farhan Nisar picking up 4 wickets in his spell. Touqeer Malik also picked up a couple of wickets as Zenith Associates were restricted to 167 runs.
Mateen Enterprises won by 40 runs.
