What a match!! An absolute cracker was played between National Bank and Eat Mubarak with the result being a tie. National Bank batted first and lost opener Farrukh Shahid and one down Adeel cheaply. The team continued to lose wickets from there on with only Ahsan Khan showing any fight. Ahsan contributed a valiant 67 off just 39 balls including 6 boundaries and 1 six to help his side reach 171 for 8 in 20 overs. Eat Mubarak continued to pick wickets on the other end, never letting the game get away from them. Mir Ahnaf was the most impressive bowler from their side, picking up 3 wickets.
In response, Eat Mubarak lost opener Ajdal for just 5 runs but recovered well after that. Ismail Khan and Irteza Khan were in spectacular form, scoring 44 and 94 runs respectively. The chasing side seemed well on their way to victory before National Bank's bowlers struck late in the innings. Once the partnership was broken, there was a flurry of quick wickets with 3 of the subsequent batsmen being dismissed in single digits. 2 run outs and 2 wickets by Azhar Khan helped restrict Eat Mubarak to 171 for 6 in 20 overs with the match ending in a tie!
