After 3 long years, the Shaikhani Stars finally got the win they fought so hard for. They beat AAG CC in the final, with Salman Shaikhani being declared the Man of the Match, on the 27th of April at the Asifabad Ground.
Shaikhani Stars batted first and thanks to some well-timed performances from Bilal Ansari (49 from 39), Muhammad Salman Sheikhani (33 from 22) and Syed Waleed Sheikh (25 from 14) they were able to make a match winning 155 in 20 overs for the loss of nine wickets. Asim Mughal, Abdul Ahad and Saad took two wickets while Mobeen Chapra and Sohail Khan took one.
AAG CC came very close to winning the match. They batted consistently to the end but unfortunately, they could not make the winning total being stopped right at the end of the innings. Aftab Siyani took two wickets while Furqan Katib, Ali Waqas and Muhammad Salman Sheikhani took one.
