Aban Associates beat Supermak Construction by eight wickets at the Young Fighter Ground this past week.
Supermak batted first and Sheraz Iqbal’s 32 from 31 and Aatiq Ahmed’s 25 from 23 helped push the team’s total to 107 in 19.2 overs before the team was ultimately dismissed. Rehan Tanoli, M Farhan and M Shahzad took two wickets while Imran Sultan and Ejaz Shah took two wickets.
Rehan Tanoli proved to be the star of the innings as he also scored an opening of 49 runs from 35 deliveries which helped his team chase the target easily in just 12.3 overs for the loss of two wickets. Mudassir Shah took one wicket. Aban Associates put on a masterful display thanks in large part to their star player, Rehan Tanoli who took two wickets and scored 49 runs to give his team the upper hand in the match.
