Atlas Pakistan beat Fakhruddin Baloch Cricket Academy by 65 runs at the TMC Ground this past week.
Atlas were off to a splendid start to their innings with opener Ahmed Hussain making 33 from 17 and Adeel Khan making 77 from just 26 balls which included 9 sixes and 4 fours. Some consistent knocks along the middle order pushed the total to a whopping 219 in 20 overs with one wicket remaining. Bilal Munir, Rana Adresh and Asad Ullah took two wickets while Mir Mairoz, Shahzob and Khalid Baloch took one.
Fakhruddin put up a tough fight but even Bilal Munir’s 68 from 43 and Shahid Nisar’s 24 from 19 could not help them as they were all out of overs having scored just 154 runs for the loss of seven wickets. Haris Siddique took two wickets while Mir Ali, Feroz Haider and Naveed Baloch took one.
