Abu Bakar Associates proved to be too much to handle for the Arshad Associates and were victorious by four wickets at the Eidgah Ground.
Arshad Associates put 146 on the scoreboard with some stellar performances as 20 from 8 by Sohail Ahmed, 21 from 19 by Shahid Ali and 38 from 22 by Asad Jafferi. Abu Bakar Associates bowled impressively and managed to take nine wickets; Faizy, Waleed Azim and Farhan Nisar took two wickets. Nadeem, Arif and Ahmed Farooq took one wicket each.
After losing opener Khurram for 0 runs scored, the Abu Bakar Associates made a comeback with Dawar Khan making 33 from 24, Faizy making 26 from 14, Waleed Azim making 35 from 31 and Arif making 30 from 21. They chased the target in 18.3 overs for the loss of six wickets. Yousuf Ismail took an impressive three wickets while Sohaib Ejaz took two wickets.
