Shan XI absolutely dominated Panthers XI in the final of the All Star Season 8, beating them by a whopping eight wickets.
Panthers batted first and some aggressive bowling from Shan restricted them to just 128 runs in 18 overs for the loss of 10 wickets. Ammer Hamza's 52 from 40, Waqas' 28 from 25 and 20 from 9 by Asif Ali helped the Panthers get to 128, in what would have otherwise been a very one-sided innings. Nasir Memon and Fahad Ali dominated by taking three wickets each while Rameez Raja took two and Talha took one.
Shan made light work of the total by chasing it in just 15.1 overs for the loss of two wickets. Fahad Ali made 38 from 30, Kamran Ibrahim made 47 from 33 and Waqar Ahmed made 27 from 19 to close out the innings and give Shan the win. Amir Rana took the two wickets for the Panthers.
