Camran CC were absolutely dominant against Alpha CC, beating them by 85 runs here at the Asifabad Ground this week.
Camran CC batsmen were hitting hard right from the start; opener Kamran Salam made 58 from 34, Ismail Shah smashed 65 from 47, Arsal Ali followed with 21 from 12 and Atif Ahmed 23 from 16. They made 198 in 20 overs for the loss of seven wickets. Jawad Ali bowled three wickets, Fayyaz Hussain Warsi took two and Muhammad Umair Shaikh took one.
Alpha CC could not mount a successful challenge and were stopped well short of the target at just 113 runs. The aggressive bowling of Camran CC was too much to handle for the Alpha CC batsmen. Maqbool Shah lead the attack with three wickets, Mir Ali and Mir Ahnaf took two and finally M Nawaz, Najam Butt and Kamran Salam took one.
