The Dubai Hawks crushed the Umer Enterprises, beating them by 73 runs at the Eastern Star Ground this week.
The Dubai Hawks looked to cross a total of 200 as they started of by hitting hard. Afaq Ahmed Khan made 73 from 47. Daniyal Liaquat made 30 from 17, Sabih Siddiqui made 33 from 21 and Ibaad Khan made 17 from 9. They made 195 in 20 overs for the loss of six wickets. Nawaz Baber took two wickets while Hasrat Ali Nawaz, Rizwan Ghori and Saleem took one.
Umer Enterprises came back with their own attack as opener Haider Ali Bangash made 56 from 34 and Asif Awan made 23 from 14. Unfortunately for Umer Enterprises, the aggressive bowling of the Dubai Hawks saw them all out after making just 122 runs. Rafay Malik took three wickets, Daniyal Liaquat and Arif Yaqoob took two each and Afaq Ahmed Khan and Khalid Khursheed Kaka took one each.
