The Jamsheed XI were absolutely dominant against Edge XI, beating them by 10 wickets at the TMC Ground this week.
Edge XI seemed to be doing well with opener Afroz Hassan making 23 from 15. However a succession of quick wickets falling put them in trouble. Muhammad Kamran's 24 from 26 and Faisal Mehmood's 34 from 33 helped put Edge at 135 in 20 overs. Waqar Ahmed was quite impressive and took three wickets while Muhammad Saleem and Bilal took one.
Jamsheed XI's perfect performance can be accredited to Bilal (99 from 52, not out) and Asif Sabir (33 from 29, not out). They successfully chased the target inside 14 overs and proved their dominance in brilliant fashion.
