DGS Knights batted first against NZ Warriors with opener Afnan and one down Sami Saleem being dismissed cheaply. Mir Bakthyar and Mubashir then took the reigns, scoring 46 and 39 runs respectively to save their side from a complete collapse. Mohammad Ali also chipped in with 28 runs as DGS Knights managed to post 134 for 5 in 20 overs. NZ Warriors bowlers did well to limit the opposition, picking up wickets frequently throughout the innings.
In response, NZ Warriors were a complete wreck with Usama B being run out cheaply for just 6 runs which sparked an implosion. Thankfully for the chase side, Usama scored a very valuable 61 off 49 while Talha also chipped in with 28 off 25 that helped NZ Warriors to victory in 16 overs. DGS Knights bowlers could do little to stop the inevitable victory.
