Faysal Bank and NBPians went against each other on 28th August at the Civil Aviation Ground.
Sheraz Ali and Talib Ali opened the innings for Faysal Bank. Sheraz Ali scored 46 off 33 balls, hitting 5 fours and 2 sixes. Talib Ali scored 34 runs off 29 balls. The bowlers dominated massively, as they dismissed 7 batsmen. Muhammad Khaliq Uz Zaman, Omar Ul Haq, and Khalid Ali Khan bagged 2 wickets each. As a result, Faysal Bank posted a total of 160 runs.
NBPians opened the innings with Mohammad Ahsan Khan hitting 66 off 33 balls at a strike rate of 200. In addition to this, Zeeshan Siddique was playing at a strike rate of 120, however, he was retired at 30 runs. Sheraz Ali was able to dismiss 2 batsmen.
Hence, the collective efforts of NBPians’ batsmen led them to a win in the 18th over.
