Suleman Textile Stallions crowned champions

In the Grand Final of the 36th Super Challengers Cup, Downtown Chowdhurys  batted first & Their openers, Ali Naqi and Noman Zafar, got them off to a strong start with scores of 33 off 22 and 41 off 33, respectively. Abdul Hadi contributed a quick 32 off just 16 balls, while Kashif Khan and Jabir Afridi added 21 runs each. However, the rest of the batting lineup struggled, resulting in a total of 171/9. The standout performance of the match came from Abdul Ghani, who was simply sensational with the ball. Ghani picked up a remarkable 5 wickets, dismantling Downtown Chowdhurys’ middle order and putting his team in a commanding position. His spell was a display of skill, accuracy, and clever variations, which made him a key figure in the game. Naeem Gul chipped in with 2 wickets as well.

In the chase, Suleman Textile Stallions faced some early setbacks but managed to recover. Raheem Zeeshan scored a steady 36 off 32 balls, while Rabish Ahmed played a brilliant innings, smashing 56 runs off just 32 deliveries. M Zohaib Idrees remained unbeaten with 37 off 17 balls, and Saad Faisal contributed a quickfire 22 off 7 balls to guide their team to victory. ARSHAD KHAN was the pick of the bowlers for Downtown Chowdhurys, picking up 2 wickets. However, Suleman Textile Stallions managed to secure a comfortable 6-wicket victory in the Grand Final, clinching the title in a convincing manner.
