Abbott came in to bat first & were off to a shaky start. Despite loosing 2 wickets inside the powerplay they were scoring at a healthy rate. Saad Pervaz lead the bowling lineup picking up 3 wickets. He found good support from Mustufa Ghulam who picked up a couple of wickets. Abbott posted a total of 153 runs for the loss of 9 wickets.
Institute Of Architects came in to chase down this target & were off to a dreadful start loosing 3 wickets inside the powerplay. Zaheen Taji & Ahmad Ali put up a partnership of 50+ runs bringing their team back on track. Zaheen Taji played a solid knock of 21 runs off 28 deliveries. Ahmad Ali scored run a ball 24 runs. Once the duo was dismissed the bowlers picked up the momentum & started to run rampants over the batting lineup. The bowlers picked up wickets at quick successions not allowing the batsmen to settle in. The middle order & the lower order completely collapsed. Maqsoom Hussain, Muhammad Azhar, Adnan Lateef & Naveed Siddiqui picked up a couple of wickets each demolishing the batting lineup. Institute Of Architects were bowled out for 89 runs in 18.4 overs.
