New Unit Titans batted first, losing opener I. Khan for just 7 runs. His partner Dilip however starred with the bat contributing a fiery 23 runs. Shoaib kept the momentum going for his side with a blistering 29 run knock that came at a strike rate of 263! Mansoor also scored 15 runs before he was run out. Titans kept the pressure on the bowling side throughout the innings, keeping their wickets intact and the scoreboard ticking. Warriors bowlers were helpless against the brutal batting line up with Salman making the only breakthroughs for his side, taking 2 key wickets. New Unit Titans posted a mammoth target of 93 runs in 8 overs.
Head Office Warriors were off to a fantastic start in their chase with openers Umer and Jahanzaib leading the way. Scoring 24 and 14 respectively, the team were off a smooth chase before the duo were dismissed. The remaining batsmen struggled against a formidable bowling attack with only Farooq showing resistance, contributing a valuable 17 runs. Titans bowler Mansoor did maximum damage with the ball, taking 2 wickets. He was further supported by Rehan, Shoaib and Dilip who took a wicket each to rattle the opposition. With a huge target to chase, Warriors needed something extraordinary to get over the line and were eventually limited to 73 in just 8 overs.
New Unit Titans won by 20 runs and secured a place in the final.
