A&I Properties batted first and were off to a rocky start, losing both openers early on in the innings. Aashir Ahmed and Danial Ali were the only duo to show any resistance against a lethal bowling attack, contributing 26 and 52 runs respectively. After their dismissal, the rest of the team simply fell apart, unable to gain stability or keep the scoreboard ticking. Daewoo bowlers were ruthless against the opposition with Owais Pasta and Fahad Jabbar leading the attack, taking 3 wickets each. Shahid Ali did further damage, taking 2 wickets to bowl out A&I Properties for just 147 in 18 overs.
With a modest total to chase and a fiery first innings, Daewoo CC were favorites to win the match. However, they were off to a disastrous start, losing both openers for duck! Things did not get any better for the chasing side as they lost wickets in regular intervals, unable to dominate any stage. 4 batsmen were dismissed for duck with Ovais Gulzar being the only notable contributor for his score, scoring 47 runs in an attempt to pull his team back in the game. He received little support on the other end with Umer Farooq's unplayable 5 wicket spell that decimated the opposition. Daewoo CC were limited to 141 in 18 overs.
