Gulshan Becks batted first and were off to a flying start with their openers, Kamran and Ali setting up the platform brilliantly with their fine partnership. Kamran scored 28 of 26 balls whereas his partner Ali Manzar scored 31 of 29 balls. They added more than 50 runs together and sat up things nicely for rest of their side. Once they were dismissed, Bank Islami came back strongly in the game picking up few quicker wickets to leave Gulshan Becks on the backfoot. Kamran and Waqas then got together and scored a much-needed partnership late in the innings. They added more than 40 runs together. Zeeshan on the other hand was the highest wicket taker with 2 scalps and in the end Gulshan manage to get to 140 for 8.
Bank Islami had a golden opportunity as they were not chasing a huge target but Gulshan Becks bowlers came out all guns blazing and completely demolished the opposition with their fine display of bowling. It all started with Zain picking up both the openers in his initial spell, he set the tone of the innings and rest of the bowlers followed it. Kamran also picked up 2 wickets for 21 runs whereas Vicky Ali was the highest wicket taker of the game with 3 wickets for 21 runs. The only resistance with the bat came from number 3, Asif Ali who scored 44 runs. But his lone effort was not enough for his side as Bank Islami were folded for just 113 runs.
