Allied Engineering v Linde Pakistan (20 over match)
Allied Engineering batted first and were off to a fiery start with openers Sumair (55) and Abid (35) setting the foundation for a big total. However, the team lost wickets in regular intervals and some poor running between the wickets had the team stumbling at one point. None of the other batsmen were able to get going and eventually Allied Engineering set a target of 169 in 20 overs.
In response Linde Pakistan were off to a rocky start losing opener Taha for just 10 runs. The batsmen were outdone by a wonderful display of bowling with Rehan, Ali Ammar and Abid all picking up 2 wickets each! Linde Pakistan were never able to recover and were bowled out for 119 in 19.1 overs.
Allied Engineering won by a massive 50 runs.
