Allied Engineering batted first and were off to a great start with both openers Sumair and Abid contributing runs and building a partnership of 85. Adil then followed with a solid cameo of 32 runs but it all went wrong after that. The remaining 6 batsmen were unable to get going and threw away their wicket for single digits. Faaz bowled spectacularly, breaking the momentum and taking 3 wickets in quick succession. A combination of poor running and brilliant fielding resulted in 4 run outs, causing further damage to the side. Yahya also took 2 wickets to bowl out Allied Engineering for 162 runs.
In response Bonn Pharma were off to a disastrous start, losing opener Qadir for just 1 run. The team fumbled throughout the innings, unable to gain any stability until Misam stepped in to contribute a fighting 41 runs at strike rate of 190. The rest of the batsmen however were uable to support him and an all round good performance by the bowlers, lead by Taskin (2 wickets) allowed Allied Engineering to successfully defend their target. Bonn Pharma were bowled out for 140 runs.
Allied Engineering won by 22 runs.
