Allied Friends batted first with opener Mustafa Mazhar stealing the show with an incredible knock of 88 runs at a strike rate of 151. The rest of the team however lost wickets regularly and fumbled throughout the innings, unable to provide any support or contribution. Mustafa Dada was the only other notable contributor, scoring 25 runs. Fahad Iqbal and Haroon Mehmood lead the bowling attack, taking 2 wickets each and stopping the flow of runs. Allied Friends posted a target of 168 in 20 overs.

Unity were off to a rocky start, losing both their openers Musaddiq and Rehan for just 2 runs. The team struggled with the bat, unable to gain stability and get the scoreboard ticking. Kamran Vohra contributed 27 runs. Ali Amir then stepped in, fighting hard to pull his team back in the game with a much-needed 54 runs but was eventually outdone by Sharjeel Maqbool. Allied bowlers did well to restrict the opposition with Amir Shehzad taking 2 key wickets. Unity scored 148 runs in 20 overs and fell short of the target.
