After the departure of both openers the innings was held together by a brialliant partnership featuring Syed Amir Abidi and Azeem Shamsi. Azeem scored 28 runs off 30 balls while Syed Amir Abidi smashed a superb half century. Amir took 41 balls to score 58 runs. Sajid Kath picked up two wickets for 26 runs as Faysal Bank finished with 151 runs for the loss of 5 wickets after 20 overs.
Amadeus Super Cricketers had a decent start to their chase as Faizan Azam played a careful knock of 14 runs and helped Adnan Moiz to score 28 runs off 24 balls. But the departure of openers led to a collapse in the middle order. But some brilliant batting by Rizwan Ahsan and Umair Zaheer saved the day for Amadeus Super Cricketers. Umair scored 25 runs and assisted Rizwan in his match winning knock of 60 runs which came off in just 25 balls.
