Amadeus Super Cricketers went against Mavericks on 11th December at SKBZ Ground.
Batting first, Mavericks posted a total of 198 at the loss of 5 wickets. Their opener, Ahmed Asif stood out as he scored 44 off 25 balls, hitting 9 fours. Saad Asif was phenomenal as he remained not out, scoring 71 at a strike rate of 161.36. Rizwan Ahsan and Zohaib Rizwan, from Amadeus, took 2 wickets each.
Faizan Azam and Adnan Moiz opened the innings for Amadeus, scoring 21 and 24 runs respectively. Syed Salman Ali and Zohaib Rizwan’s innings stood out, as they scored 30+ runs each. Though Salman Asif and Abdullah Afzal bagged 2 wickets each. However, the collective effort of the batters was unstoppable.
As a result, Amadeus were successful in the chase in 20 overs.
