A collective batting effort after a strong bowling show helped Amadeus Super Cricketers won by 6 wickets.
Reckitt and Benckiser batted first and were off to a shaky start losing quick top order wickets. This pushed them on the back foot and they were reeling at one stage until Umar and Rameez got together. The duo started the repair work and added crucial runs in the team total. Umar scored 65 of 54 who also was the highest scorer of the innings with 1 six and 8 fours. Rameez on the other hand scored 32 of 31 with 1 six and 1 four. Although it was not the quickest of partnership but it was much needed one as they helped their side in reaching a respectable total which was looking far away at one stage.
Amadeus Super Cricketers just needed to play sensibly to get over the line as they had the target in mind and also had the power hitters which could demolish the opposition. But they were in a hurry as they chased the target down in just 15.2 overs. With collective batting contributions from almost entire batting order. Even after losing one early wicket they did not hold back and thrashed the opposition towards a comfortable 6 wicket win. The highest scorer Waqar scored 5 fours and scored 33 of just 15 balls to take his side to victory.
