AML Robusters Vs Service Dolphins (Allied Premier League)

Service Dolphins batted first with Asif and Saad as openers scoring a combined 13 runs. The team struggled against a strong bowling attack, losing wickets frequently unable to gain stability or keep the scoreboard ticking. Saad was the only batsman able to convert to double digits scoring 10 runs. AML bowler Farhan stole the show with a beautiful spell of 2 overs, picking up 3 wickets. Each of the bowlers did well to pick up wickets and limit the flow of runs. Taskin and Saeed picked up 2 wickets each with Rehan picking up 1 wicket. Service Dolphins scored a total of 42 runs in 8 overs.
In the second innings, AML Robusters were off to a flying start with their opening pair, Zubari and Farhan who carried a partnership of 19 runs, giving their side a solid start. Rehan also contributed by scoring 10 runs. The Dolphins tried hard to contain the AML Robusters with their bowling attack, and Asif was the key bowler to pick up 3 wickets in 1.3 overs to rattle the opposition. However, with a low total to chase, AML Robusters fought back chasing down the target in 4.3 overs and winning the match by 8 wickets. Farhan was awarded man of the match for his incredible spell with the ball.
