AZ Warriors dominant over Debonair Fashion & Salon

AZ Warriors came in to bat first & were off to a flying start. Their openers M Baksh & Haider Ali Bangash put up a partnership of 50+ runs giving their team a fiery start. Haider Ali Bangash departed after playing a fiery innings of 34 runs off 19 deliveries. M Baksh played a solid knock of 49 runs off 32 deliveries. Rehan Hanif came in & he played with the same intent. Naveed Nagda also played a fiery innings as both the batsmen put up a partnership of 50+ runs scoring at the same rate. Rehan Hanif departed after scoring 38 runs off 34 deliveries where as Naveed Nagda played a cameo of 40 runs off just 20 deliveries. Once the partnership was broken the bowlers then managed to make their comeback. The bowlers started to pick up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Waqas Ali Vohra & Umer Chawla lead the bowling attack picking up 3 wickets each. AZ Warriors posted a total of 178 runs for the loss of 8 wickets.

Debonair Fashion & Salon came in to chase this target & were off to a solid start. Despite loosing a wicket inside the powerplay they were scoring at a healthy rate. Muneeb Javaid scored 19 runs off 18 deliveries where as Zeeshan Arshad scoring 21 runs off 20 deliveries. Kashan Shakeel came in & he played with the same intent. He played a solid knock of 30 runs off 29 deliveries. Umer Chawla also contributed with his 25 runs off 17 deliveries. The rest of the batting lineup couldn’t do much as the bowlers kept on picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. The bowlers bowled at tight line & lengths towards the back end of the innings not allowing the batsmen to score. Jibran Rizwan lead the bowling attack picking up 3 wickets. He found good support from Naveed Nagda & Rehan Hanif who picked up a couple of wickets each. M Baksh, Salman Mughal & Imran Khan picked up a wicket each. Debonair Fashion & Salon were bowled out for 158 runs in 19.3 overs.
