AZ Warriors dominant over Sumya Builder & Gladiators

AZ Warriors came in to bat first & were off to a flying start. They managed to loose only 1 wicket inside the powerplay & were scoring at a high rate. Ahmed Asif & Suleman Saleem put up a fiery partnership at the top giving their team a dominating start. Ahmed Asif took the attack towards the bowlers making full use of the powerplay. He played a sublime knock of 51 runs off just 23 deliveries. Suleman Saleem played a sensible innings knocking the ball in the gaps keeping the score board ticking. He scored 43 runs off 34 deliveries. Naveed Nagda came in & he scored 22 off 18. Hasnain Deriwala came in towards the back end of the innings & he picked apart the bowling lineup. He hit out every bowler that was brought into the attack as he scored boundaries at ease. He scored 40 runs off 25 deliveries ending the innings on a high. Muhammad Yousuf Halari was the pick of the bowlers as he picked up 3 wickets.  AZ Warriors posted a total of 192 runs for the loss of 6 wickets.

Sumya Builder & Gladiators came in to chase this target & were off to a flying start. Their openers Ibrahim Sardar Dosani & Rameez Mehboob put up a partnership of 50+ runs giving their team an accelerating start. Rameez Mehboob went on all out attack mode as he never allowed the bowlers to settle. He took the attack towards the bowlers from ball number one dominating the powerplay overs. Ibrahim Sardar Dosani on the other end played cautiously. He scored boundaries at regular intervals & kept the score board ticking. He played a solid knock of 30 runs off 26 deliveries. Rameez Mehboob departed after playing a sublime knock of 69 runs off just 37 deliveries. Arsalan Amin came in & he scored run a ball 12 runs. Once he was dismissed the bowlers got into their stride. The bowlers then started to pick up wickets at quick successions not allowing the batsmen to settle in. The rest of the batting lineup completely collapsed as the bowlers then dominated through out the innings. Umer Khanani & Wajahat Nagda ripped apart the batting lineup picking up 3 wickets each.
